INT'L OCCUPATION CERTIFICATION STANDARD LEAGUE (IOCL)

国际职业认证标准联合会(INT’L OCCUPATION CERTIFICATION STANDARD LEAGUE, 以下简称IOCL)是注册于美国德拉瓦州的世界权威职业技术标准认证机构，具备专业的认证团队和完善的认证体系。IOCL是由国际IT、移动通讯、建筑、商务、体育等各行业专业技术从业者共同发起成立的权威认证机构。

IOCL的成立背景：随着全球经济和现代科学技术的发展，社会分工日益精细化和专业化。国际职业认证标准联合的创建正是顺应了这种大趋势。

IOCL拥有国际各行业雄厚的技术力量支持，包括技术领先的研究所、高等院校、学术协会以及其他各类组织，同时还吸纳了国际上各行业内具有较高影响的个人专家成员。

IOCL Occupation Qualification Certification Standard Test is held by Int’l Occupation Certification Standard League (IOCL).

Background:

IOCL is a global top occupation & technology standard certification organization, which is signed in Delaware State in United States of America. IOCL has authoritative test system, strict certification standard and professional teams. Since October 2006, IOCL started to exploit and develop China-specified occupation qualification certification standard test system.

The certification test was developed for the social occupation’s demand. The candidates must participate the authoritative test of int’l occupation certification standard. Those who pass the exam, is to be registered in National Human Resource Net of Ministry of Personnel of the People’s Republic of China.

IOCL’s strict and authoritative test system supply employers qualified and trained candidates.

Test System:

IOCL occupation certification standard test is carried out with professional remote network (internet/ LAN) test system. The test database contains both theoretical and practical parts, each has great amount of test items. The test system is developed by Howay Education Technology Ltd., who is authorized as the unique test system supporter by LINUX technology test and national occupation test & training projects. There are totally more than 60,000 test items in the test system. These items are applied for IT, wireless communication, management, commencing, and financing tests respectively.

Int’l occupation qualification certification method:

Int’l occupation qualification certification emphasizes not only on theory but also on practical skills. The tests contain theoretical test, projects, design, and practical operation test. The theoretical test is based on computer-oriented test system. The design, projects and practical operation is tested by expert group.

—— 中国区管理中心（CMC） ——
     IOCL中国区管理中心（以下简称CMC IOCL）成立于2006年10月，是国际职业认证标准联合会授权的中国的管理机构。目前旗下在全国设有九个区域管理中心，各区域管理中心下设若干考试中心。 CMC IOCL与人事部全国人才流动中心国家人才网、国际电气电子工程师协会（IEEE）及清华大学合作，在中国区建立了完整而系统的考试认证体系。CMC IOCL权威的专家团队（专家组成员见附表I）依据国际行业标准并结合中国国情和国内职业人才技术需求，制定了IOCL中国的严格的人才考核测评系统。所有取得认证的专业人才均在国家人事部人才中心进行人才备案，并纳入国家专业人才库。
     CMC IOCL本着严谨、专业、高效、规范的精神，以提升中国各行业专业技术人员的从业水平和专业技能为宗旨。
     CMC IOCL通过专业严格的考核方式对相关人才进行测评，CMC IOCL为用人单位提供公正和权威的专业技术人才认定依据，并在建立高素质人才储备的同时也推动技术人才的专业化与国际化。通过IOCL认证考试的学员，并经过专家严格评审与筛选，均有机会成为IOCL和IEEE的会员。
